She began her career in private practice in 2004 in the Wilmington, Delaware community and has been ranked among the Top Physicians in New Castle County in the Delaware Today magazine’s Top Doc feature several times. In January of 2020, Dr. Dealy joined a team of eye doctors and an organization called Promise in Sight to provide humanitarian eye care to underserved communities in Central America. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Medical Society of Delaware, and the Delaware Academy of Ophthalmology.
